Pattern is cut from rolled fabric on the floor. Stock fabrics in inventory; custom fabric milled and shipped to Denver when a job calls for it.
Sewn
Crown, brim, sweatband, and closure assembled by operators on the line. Structured, unstructured, 5-panel, trucker, fitted — same floor, different patterns.
Decorated
Embroidery, leather patch, woven patch, sublimation, and applique run on the same campus. 200 embroidery heads handle decoration scheduling without bottlenecks.

- Standard production is four weeks or less from approved artwork. Rush windows are available when scheduled in advance. Quote turnaround is 24 hours.
- What is the minimum order quantity for custom hats?

- Yes. Stock sample caps and decoration cards are available so you can check the actual fabric, color, and finish. We also confirm your logo placement with an artwork proof before the run goes into production.
- What decoration options do you offer?
- Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather patch, woven patch, rubber patch, and applique. Decoration runs in-house on 200 embroidery heads, and we embroider the panels flat before the cap is assembled — so it isn't routed through a third-party shop.
- Do you offer distributor pricing?
- Yes. Promotional-product distributors have ordered through us for three decades. Distributor pricing, dropship to end-clients, and account history are all on file.
- What does Made in USA actually mean?
- The FTC Made in USA Standard (16 CFR Part 323) requires "all or virtually all" of a product to be made in the United States — final assembly U.S.-based and all significant components and processing domestic.
