Made in USA · baseball caps

Made in USA baseball caps, cut and sewn in Denver since the early 1990s.

Most caps sold as 'American' in the U.S. market are imported and decorated locally. We're the other thing — fabric cut, panels sewn, and decoration run inside one Denver factory. Standard runs ship in four weeks or less, with rush windows when capacity allows.

Why domestic actually matters

Four things change when the cap is made here.

  1. 01

    Lead time

Overseas production is 8 to 12 weeks plus shipping. We’re four. For a brand launching a drop, a crew taking on a new hire batch, or a federal contract with a delivery clause, the difference is whether the job ships on time.

  2. 02

    Tariff exposure

Apparel duties on China are sitting at 30 to 45%. Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and India are under active Section 301 review. A “stable” overseas quote can shift by 20% between the PO and the landing. Domestic pricing doesn’t move with the trade-policy news.

  3. 03

    Quality control

When a sample isn’t right, the fix is a phone call and a walk across the floor, not a six-week loop with a factory in another time zone.

  4. 04

    Compliance

For Berry Amendment work (federal contracts requiring 100% U.S. fabric, components, and labor) overseas production is structurally disqualified. We qualify.
