The mesh-back trucker, actually made in the USA.
The structured-front, mesh-back trucker is the best-selling decorated cap in America. Almost all of it is imported, then sent out to a third party to decorate. We make the same silhouette in Denver — cut, sewn, embroidered, and assembled under one roof. If you assumed your trucker was made here, the rest of this page is for you.

Pricing depends on quantity, fabric, and decoration. Send us the spec and we’ll quote it within a day. For most buyers the bigger story is the lead time and the 100% domestic content — the cap is made and decorated here, under one roof, not shipped in and sent back out to decorate.
We’re not the cheapest trucker on the market. We’re the one that’s actually made here, decorated under one roof, and ships in four weeks on a standard run.
- Is the imported mesh trucker made in USA?
- Almost never. The best-selling mesh-back trucker blanks in the U.S. decoration market are manufactured overseas and then decorated stateside by a third party. Check the country-of-origin label on the cap you're holding to confirm where it was made.
- Do you make a USA-made mesh trucker?
- Yes. Our 211 trucker is the same silhouette: structured front, mesh back, snap closure. It's cut, sewn, embroidered, and assembled in our Denver factory, with the front panel decorated flat before the cap is built.
- What's the price difference?
- It depends on quantity, fabric, and decoration. Send us the spec and we'll quote it within a day. For many buyers the bigger story is the lead time and the 100% domestic content, not the unit price.
- Can I order in low quantities?
- Stock-fabric MOQ is 144 units. Custom-milled fabric starts higher — ask when you quote.
- Are you Berry Amendment compliant?
- Yes. 100% U.S. fabric, components, and labor — eligible for federal contracts requiring Berry compliance. Confirm contract-specific requirements with your contracting officer.
- What is the lead time?
- 4 weeks or less from approved artwork. Rush windows are available when scheduled in advance — ask when you quote.
